Shipping & Returns

We ship across the United Kingdom via tracked courier. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days from our London studio.

• Standard UK shipping: £4.95 — 2–5 business days
• Free UK shipping on orders over £75

You'll receive tracking by email as soon as your order leaves the studio.

International shipping is currently arranged on request. Contact us with your address and we'll send a quote within one business day.

Unworn clothing may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in original condition with tags attached.

Cut fabrics are made-to-order and non-refundable unless faulty. If your fabric arrives damaged, email us within 7 days with photos and we'll replace or refund it in full.

Email hello@official-gloryatelier.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll reply with return instructions and the studio address.

Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item.
